The Recipe Box...

CHICKEN SALAD

In a large bowl:

1. Cut up into small chunks cooked chicken
2. Cut up red onion; add to chicken
3. Cut up a stalk of celery; add to chicken
4. Cut up a red delicious apple into small pieces, skin included
5. Add to chicken
6. Add mayo or salad dressing to your liking
7. Add salt & pepper to your liking
8. Mix very well.
9. Chill an hour, but best the next day!
10. Eat on bread, lettuce, crackers, or just out of the bowl!

OH YUM!
